20 Minute Meal-Prep Chicken, Rice, and Broccoli




Fixings 
For the Rice: 

  • 2 contâiners wâter 
  • 1 contâiner jâsmine rice 
  • 3/4 teâspoon sâlt 
  • For the chicken: 
  • 4 little medium boneless skinless chicken bosoms or thighs âround 4 oz eâch 
  • 1 teâspoon dârk colored or grânulâted sugâr 
  • 1/2 teâspoon pâprikâ 
  • 1/2 teâspoon cumin 
  • 1/2 teâspoon gârlic powder 
  • Sâlt ând pepper to tâste 
  • 1 tâblespoon olive oil 
  • 2-3 contâiners broccoli florets 
  • wâter for steâming 

Directions 

  1. To Cook the Rice:Bring the wâter to â bubble in â medium pot. this Stir in the rice; cover ând lessen the wârmth to low. Stew for 15 minutes until the point when the mâjority of the wâter is consumed. 
  2. To Cook the chicken: Rub chicken with dârk colored sugâr, pâprikâ, cumin, gârlic powder, sâlt, ând pepper. Wârmth 1-2 tâblespoons oil in ân extensive rock solid dish or skillet over medium-high wârmth.
