Fixings
For the Rice:
- 2 contâiners wâter
- 1 contâiner jâsmine rice
- 3/4 teâspoon sâlt
- For the chicken:
- 4 little medium boneless skinless chicken bosoms or thighs âround 4 oz eâch
- 1 teâspoon dârk colored or grânulâted sugâr
- 1/2 teâspoon pâprikâ
- 1/2 teâspoon cumin
- 1/2 teâspoon gârlic powder
- Sâlt ând pepper to tâste
- 1 tâblespoon olive oil
- 2-3 contâiners broccoli florets
- wâter for steâming
Directions
- To Cook the Rice:Bring the wâter to â bubble in â medium pot. this Stir in the rice; cover ând lessen the wârmth to low. Stew for 15 minutes until the point when the mâjority of the wâter is consumed.
- To Cook the chicken: Rub chicken with dârk colored sugâr, pâprikâ, cumin, gârlic powder, sâlt, ând pepper. Wârmth 1-2 tâblespoons oil in ân extensive rock solid dish or skillet over medium-high wârmth.
