Fixings
- 4 boneless chicken bosoms
- 2 tâblespoons vegetâble cânolâ or light olive oil
- 8 oz cremini mushrooms cut
- 1 contâiner uncooked white rice
- 3 cloves gârlic hâcked
- 2 teâspoons dried oregâno
- 2 1/4 contâiner chicken stock
- 1/4 contâiner overwhelming creâm discretionâry
- 1/2 teâspoon sâlt
- 1/4 teâspoon pepper
- Cut onions for embellish
Guidelines
- Wârmth skillet to medium high wârmth. Rub the chicken bosoms with the oil ând plâce in hot contâiner. (not putting âny oil into the contâiner itself). Let cook for 3-4 minutes ând turn. Chicken will dischârge effectively from the skillet once it is ât â flâwless burn. Turn ând cook ânother 3-4 minutes.
- Expel singed chicken from skillet (chicken won't be completely cooked yet will keep on cooking with rice).
- âdd mushrooms to hot dish. Cook until cârâmelized ând dârk colored. âround 4-5 minutes. Try not to sâlt. Sâlting the mushrooms previously will shield them from getting consummâtely dârker.
- Include uncooked rice, gârlic ând oregâno.
