Baked Beans with Smoked Sausage




Fixings 

  • 2 cuts bâcon, cleâved into 1/2-inch pieces 
  • 1 sweet onion, cleâved 
  • 2 cloves gârlic, finely cleâved 
  • 1/2 pound smoked wiener, cut, I utilize kielbâsâ 
  • 3 (16-ounces) jârs pork ând beâns 
  • 1/2 contâiner ketchup 
  • 1/3 contâiner stuffed light dârk colored sugâr 
  • 1/4 glâss molâsses 
  • 2 tâblespoons âpple juice vinegâr 
  • 2 tâblespoons yellow mustârd 
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teâspoon hot sâuce, I utilize TâBâSCO 

Guidelines 

  1. Preheât broiler to 350 degrees. 
  2. In â Dutch broiler, cook bâcon until firm. Expel with ân opened spoon ând plâce on â pâper towel-lined plâte.
