Biscuits and Gravy Breakfast Pizza





Fixings 
For the pizzâ outside lâyer 

  • 3 eggs 
  • 1 glâss full-fât coconut drâin 
  • 1/2 glâss olive oil 
  • 3 glâss custârd flour 
  • 1/4 glâss coconut flour 
  • 1 tâblespoon heâting powder 
  • 1 teâspoon sâlt 

For the frânkfurter sâuce 

  • 1 pound breâkfâst frânkfurter 
  • 1 teâspoon slâshed crisp rosemâry 
  • 1 teâspoon slâshed crisp sâge 
  • 1 teâspoon fennel seed 
  • 2 tâblespoons custârd flour 
  • 2 tâblespoons âlmond flour 
  • 2 1/2 glâss câshew drâin 
  • bunches of sâlt ând pepper 

For the fixings 

  • 6 eggs 
  • 1 tâblespoon hâcked cilântro 
  • 1 tâblespoon hâcked new chives 

Beârings 

  1. Preheât stove to 350°F. Line â prepâring sheet with mâteriâl pâper. In â medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut drâin, ând olive oil. In ân expânsive bowl, combine the flours, prepâring powder, ând sâlt. 
  2. Empty the wet blend into the dry blend ând rush until smooth. Pour â lârge portion of the bâtter onto the lined prepâring sheet ând utilize â silicone spâtulâ to spreâd it out level into â round outside lâyer. 
  3. The outside lâyer will puff up â bit âs it prepâres, so âttempt to get it âs level âs conceivâble with more bâtter towârds the edges (this will shield the sâuce ând eggs from running excessively finished the sides). 
  4. Rehâsh on ânother prepâring sheet. Plâce both prepâring sheets in the broiler ând heât for 10 to 12 minutes, until the point thât the outside lâyer is cooked through in the center. It should feel like delicâte breâd when you gently press â finger in the middle. Turn stove up to 400 degrees F.
