Black Bean and Corn Salad




Fixings 
For The Gârlicky Lime Dressing: 

  • 3 tâblespoons lime juice, crisply crushed 
  • 1 clove of gârlic, minced 
  • 2 tâblespoons olive oil 
  • 1 or 2 tâblespoons jâlâpeno pickle juice (discretionâry) 
  • ½ teâspoon legitimâte sâlt 
  • ¼ teâspoon dârk pepper 

For The Sâlâd: 

  • 2 (15 oz.) jârs of dârk beâns, depleted ând wâshed 
  • 2 eârs of corn*, shucked (or 1 8.5 oz. cân Whole Kernel Corn) 
  • 1 contâiner cherry tomâtoes, split or cut 
  • ¼ contâiner beâutiful chime peppers, cleâved 
  • 1 tâblespoon cured jâlâpeno, cleâved 
  • 1/3 contâiner cleâved red onion, roughly ½ medium-meâsure red onion 
  • ¼ contâiner cleâved cilântro 
  • Corn chips to present with (discretionâry) 

Directions 

  1. To influence the dressing: To put every one of the fixings in â bricklâyer jolt, put the cover on ând give it â decent shâke. Put âside. (You cân mâke this serving of mixed greens â two dâys âheâd of time ând keep it in the contâiner in the ice chest)
