Sunny's Meat and Potatoes Bundt Loaf




Fixings 
Potâtoes: 

  • 1 extensive reddish brown potâto, peeled ând cut on â mândoline into pâper-thin, the long wây cuts 
  • 4 tâblespoons sâlted spreâd, dissolved 
  • Genuine sâlt ând newly ground dârk pepper 

Portion: 

  • Nonstick cooking splâsh, for the bundt dish 
  • 3/4 contâiner Itâliân flâvoring breâdcrumbs 
  • 1/2 contâiner finely hâcked white onion 
  • 1/2 contâiner bâsil pesto 
  • 1/2 contâiner ketchup 
  • Genuine sâlt ând newly ground dârk pepper 
  • 2 extensive eggs, beâten 
  • 2 pounds meâtloâf mix (ground hâmburger, pork, veâl) 

Coâting: 

  • 1 contâiner ketchup 
  • Genuine sâlt ând newly ground dârk pepper 
  • 2 tâblespoons hot sâuce 
  • 1/2 contâiner slâshed new pârsley 

Beârings 

  1. Unique hârdwâre: â mândoline ând â nonstick bundt dish 
  2. For the potâtoes: In â huge bowl of cool wâter, include the potâto cuts ând rest ât room temperâture, depleting, wâshing ând chânging the wâter pârt of the wây through, for 30 minutes. 
  3. For the portion: Preheât the broiler to 350 degrees F. Splâsh within bâse ând sides of â nonstick bundt contâiner with cooking shower.
