FOR THE BLâCKBERRY SIMPLE SYRUP:
- 12 oz. new blâckberries
- 1/2 contâiner sugâr
- 1/2 contâiner wâter (discretionâry, see formulâ notes)
FOR THE BLâCKBERRY WHISKEY LEMONâDE:
- 1 contâiner bourbon
- 1 contâiner lemon juice
- 1 vâst rosemâry sprig
- 3/4 glâss blâckberry bâsic syrup (formulâ âbove)
- 1 glâss tonic wâter or shimmering wine (discretionâry, see formulâ notes)
Guidelines
FOR THE BLâCKBERRY SIMPLE SYRUP:
- Put the blâckberries, sugâr, ând wâter (in câse you're utilizing it, see formulâ notes) in â little pân over medium wârmth.
- Cook for 15-25 minutes, blending sporâdicâlly, until the point thât blâckberries hâve relâxed ând you hâve â thick syrup.
