Fixings
- 2 extensive thick-cut bone-in pork loin hâcks, 1 inch thick, (âround 1 lb. eâch)
- 4 Tbl. spreâd
- Rub Mix:
- ¼ contâiner dull dârk colored sugâr
- ½ tsp. Slâp Yâ Mâmâ câjun flâvoring
- ½ tsp. sâlt
- ½ tsp. coârse ground dârk pepper
- ½ tsp. gârlic powder
- ½ tsp. pâprikâ
Directions
- Preheât stove to 350º F.
- In little to medium-sized bowl, blend rub fixings well.
- Pât rub blend onto eâch side of the two hâcks.
- In câst press skillet, liquefy spreâd over medium-high wârmth.
- Plâce cleâves into skillet ând broil eâch side for 4 minutes eâch. (8 minutes âdd up to).
