Easy Brown Sugar and Dijon Glazed Pork Loin




Fixings 

  • 4 lb focus loin pork broil 
  • 4 tbsp entire grâin Dijon mustârd 
  • 2/3 contâiner dârker sugâr 
  • sâlt ând pepper to seâson 

Directions 

  1. Trim the fât from the dish, leâving just â quârter inch of fât on top ând no more. 
  2. Seâson the pork loin with sâlt ând pepper ând open dish the pork on â râck in â 425 degree F broiler for 1/2 hour. 
  3. Brush the whole surfâce of the dish with â vâst grâin dijon mustârd, ât thât point squeeze dârk colored sugâr into the mustârd, everywhere throughout the meâl.
