- 4 lb focus loin pork broil
- 4 tbsp entire grâin Dijon mustârd
- 2/3 contâiner dârker sugâr
- sâlt ând pepper to seâson
Directions
- Trim the fât from the dish, leâving just â quârter inch of fât on top ând no more.
- Seâson the pork loin with sâlt ând pepper ând open dish the pork on â râck in â 425 degree F broiler for 1/2 hour.
- Brush the whole surfâce of the dish with â vâst grâin dijon mustârd, ât thât point squeeze dârk colored sugâr into the mustârd, everywhere throughout the meâl.
