PORK TENDERLOIN IN BOURBON-BROWN SUGAR MARINADE




Fixings 

  • 1⁄2 contâiner jâck dâniels Bourbon (âny will work) 
  • 1⁄2 glâss dim dârk colored sugâr 
  • 1⁄3 glâss soy sâuce 
  • 1⁄2 bundle crisp cilântro, coârsely hâcked 
  • 1⁄4 glâss lemon juice 
  • 1 1⁄2 teâspoons Worcestershire sâuce 
  • 1 contâiner wâter 
  • 1⁄2 teâspoon dried thyme 
  • 2 lbs pork tenderloin or 4 - 6 pork hâcks 

Beârings 

  1. In â shâllow glâss meâl dish, join whiskey, dârker sugâr, soy sâuce, cilântro, lemon juice, Worcestershire sâuce, wâter, ând thyme, mixing until the point thât the sugâr is broken up. 
  2. Include the pork, cover, ând mârinâte in the cooler, turning once in â while, for 8 to 12 hours.
