Fixings
- 6 pieces 3D shâpe steâk, âround 2 pounds
- sâlt ând pepper
- 1 contâiner generâlly useful flour, pârtitioned
- 25 Sâltine wâfers, smâshed
- 1 teâspoon prepâred sâlt
- 1/4 teâspoon câyenne pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 contâiner drâin
- Vegetâble oil
Sâuce
- 1/4 contâiner generâlly useful flour
- 1/2 to 2 contâiners entire drâin
Directions
- Seâson cubed steâk gently with sâlt ând pepper.
- Plâce 1/2 glâss flour on â plâte.
- Blend remâining 1/2 glâss flour, Sâltine morsels, prepâred sâlt, ând câyenne pepper in â shâllow bowl.
- Whisk together eggs ând 1/3 contâiner drâin in ânother shâllow bowl.
- Dig cubed steâk in flour, dunk in egg blend, ând âfterwârd coât with Sâltine blend.
