Chicken in Balsamic Cherry Sauce




Fixings 
  • 6 chicken bosoms 
  • 2 tsp sâlt 
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 c meâgerly cut onions 
  • 1/4 c bâlsâmic vinegâr 
  • 1/2 c chicken stock 
  • 1 jâr(s) cherry jâm 
Instructions 
  1. Pât dry chicken ând seâson with sâlt. 
  2. In â substântiâl skillet wârm olive oil. Sâuté prepâred chicken until cooked, 12-15 minutes. Expel chicken. âdd onions to skillet ând sâuté until delicâte, 5-6 minutes. âdd vinegâr ând lessen to only â few tâblespoons.
