- 6 chicken bosoms
- 2 tsp sâlt
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 c meâgerly cut onions
- 1/4 c bâlsâmic vinegâr
- 1/2 c chicken stock
- 1 jâr(s) cherry jâm
Instructions
- Pât dry chicken ând seâson with sâlt.
- In â substântiâl skillet wârm olive oil. Sâuté prepâred chicken until cooked, 12-15 minutes. Expel chicken. âdd onions to skillet ând sâuté until delicâte, 5-6 minutes. âdd vinegâr ând lessen to only â few tâblespoons.
