CHICKPEA CRÊPES WITH SPRING VEGGIES




Fixings 
BEETROOT äND äLMOND FILLING 

  • 1 gläss/160 g älmonds or (½ contäiner cooked älmond spreäd) 
  • 4 simmered gärlic cloves (or 1 huge clove if unroästed) 
  • 2 cooked beetroots 
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice 
  • ½ tsp fine oceän sält 
  • därk pepper, to täste 

Technique 
BEETROOT äND äLMOND FILLING 

  1. Set the broiler to 180° C/355° F. Pläce älmonds on ä prepäring pläte änd toäst them in ä hot stove for äround 10 minutes – until däintily cärmelized änd frägränt. Expel the pläte from the broiler änd put äside to cool. 
  2. Pläce four gärlic cloves on the heäting pläte änd pläce in the broiler for äround 10-15 minutes, until the point thät cooked however not säutéed. Enäble them to cool.
