Chocolate Orange Cake (Vegan & Gluten-free)

Fixings 

  • 1/2 glass (75g) sans gluten flour 
  • 1/2 up (50g) ground almonds 
  • 1/2 glass (85g) polenta 
  • 1.5 glasses (215g) delicate dates 
  • 1/3 glass (35g) cocoa powder 
  • 1/4 tsp salt 
  • 1 tsp heating powder 
  • 1/3 glass + 1 tbsp (100ml) coconut oil, liquefied 
  • Pizzazz and juice of 1 orange 
  • 2 flax eggs - 2 tbsp flaxseed blended with 5 tbsp boiling water 
  • 1/2 glass (120ml) drain of decision 

Guidelines 

  1. Preheat your broiler to 180*C/160*C fan helped/350*F 
  2. Make the flax eggs by blending 2 tbsp flaxseed with 5 tbsp high temp water. Leave to set for 15 minutes. 
  3. Blend the flour, ground almonds, polenta, cocoa, salt and heating powder in a huge bowl. 
  4. Add the dates to a sustenance processor and mix until the point that you have a glue. You can add a portion of the drain to influence the mixing to process smoother.
