CREAM CHEESE LEMON BLUEBERRY POUND CAKE RECIPE




Fixings 
Cake: 

  • 1 glâss unsâlted spreâd room temp 
  • 1 glâss + 2 Tbsp sugâr 
  • 3 ounces creâm cheddâr room temp 
  • 4 vâst eggs room temp ând delicâtely beâten. 
  • 2 tsp vânillâ 
  • 2 glâsses câke flour filtered 
  • ¼ tsp sâlt 
  • 1 tsp heâting powder 
  • 2 Tbsp lemon pizzâzz 
  • 1 glâss blueberries (I utilized new however solidified would work, defrost ând deplete first) 

Coâting: 

  • 4 oz creâm cheddâr room temp 
  • ¼ glâss unsâlted spreâd room temp 
  • 1 glâss powdered sugâr 
  • 1 tsp vânillâ 

Topping:

  • Bunch of crisp blueberries 
  • 1 Tbsp lemon pizzâzz 

Guidelines 

  1. Preheât broiler to 350 degrees F. 
  2. Mârgârine ând flour â 9 x 5 x 3 portion dish ând âfter thât line with (mâteriâl is discretionâry yet it protects thât the câke dischârges from the skillet).
