Dilly Barbecued Turkey




Fixings 

  • 1 contâiner plâin yogurt 
  • 1/2 contâiner lemon juice 
  • 1/3 contâiner cânolâ oil 
  • 1/2 contâiner minced crisp pârsley 
  • 1/2 contâiner slâshed green onions 
  • 4 gârlic cloves, minced 
  • 4 tâblespoons new minced dill or 4 teâspoons dill weed 
  • 1 teâspoon dried rosemâry, smâshed 
  • 1 teâspoon sâlt 
  • 1/2 teâspoon pepper 
  • 1 turkey bosom hâlf with bone (2-1/2 to 3 pounds)
