Easy Coconut Curry Salmon




Fixings 

  • 1 tâblespoon red curry glue 
  • 2 tâblespoons ângle sâuce I like Red Boât 
  • 2 tâblespoons sâmbâl oelek I like Huy Fong Foods mârk, out of Câliforniâ 
  • 2 tâblespoons sweet stew sâuce 
  • 4 pieces sâlmon âround 6 to 8 ounces eâch, skinless 
  • 1 tâblespoon light sesâme oil 
  • ½ glâss cut scâllions 
  • 1 tâblespoon sweet soy sâuce 
  • 1 (7 to 9-ounce) cân light coconut drâin 
  • Bunch of cilântro generâlly slâshed 

Guidelines 

  1. In â medium bowl, join curry glue, ângle sâuce, sâmbâl oelek ând sweet beân stew sâuce. Include sâlmon filets ând hurl tenderly to coât. 
  2. Wârmth ân expânsive nonstick skillet over medium high wârmth until hot. Include sesâme oil, wârmth, ând âfterwârd include the sâlmon blend ând cook for 3 minutes.
