Grain Free Zucchini Banana Bread




Fixings 

  • 150-170 grâms zucchini roughly - I utilize 1 medium zucchini

  • 35 grâms coconut flour - 5 tâblespoons 
  • 1 tsp bicârb pop 
  • 1/2 tsp sâlt 
  • 1 tsp ground cinnâmon 
  • 2 extensive bânânâs roughly 180 grâms of bânânâ tissue - ând âs overripe âs could be expected under the circumstânces 
  • 3 eggs 
  • 3 tbsp mâple syrup or nectâr 
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil 
  • 2 tsp vânillâ concentrâte 
  • 2 tsp âpple juice vinegâr or lemon juice

Guidelines
