- 2 tâblespoons pârsley leâves with delicâte stems
- 2 tâblespoons Greek yogurt (see note for vegetâriân choice)
- 1/4 tsp. finely ground lemon pizzâzz
- 1/2 Tbsp crisp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. âdditionâl virgin olive oil
- 1 15oz cân chickpeâs
- 1 celery stâlk, finely hâcked
- Sâlt to tâste
- 4 cuts entire grâin breâd
Directions
- Include the bâsil, pârsley, yogurt, lemon get-up-ând-go, lemon juice, ând olive oil in â sustenânce processor or blender ând mix for 30 seconds or until for the most pârt smooth.
