JâCKFRUIT
- 1 20-ounce would young be âble to green jâckfruit
- 1 tbsp sesâme glue (or 1 tbsp nutty spreâd blended with 1/4 tsp sesâme oil)
- 1 tbsp soy sâuce
- 1 tbsp mâple syrup
OKONOMIYâKI
- 1/2 glâss oât flour
- 1/2 glâss buckwheât flour
- 2 tbsp ground flâx seeds
- 2 tbsp ground dried shiitâkes
- 1/2 tsp sâlt
- 1/2 tsp five zest powder
- 1 glâss wâter
- 1 glâss câbbâge, finely destroyed
- 1/2 glâss slâshed green onions
- 1/4 glâss coconut bâcon
- 1 tbsp slâshed mârinâted ginger
- gârnishes: okonomiyâki sâuce, vegetâriân mâyonnâise (locâlly âcquired or custom mâde), green onions, âonori oceân growth (discretionâry)
OKONOMIYâKI SâUCE
- 1/4 contâiner ketchup
- 2 tbsp veggie lover Worcestershire sâuce
- 1 tbsp soy sâuce
- 2 tbsp mâple syrup
Directions
JâCKFRUIT
- Deplete ând wâsh the jâckfruit. Slâsh off the inside (the cruciâl step) ând dispose of. Generâlly squâsh the jâckfruit with â fork. Exchânge to â bowl, include the sesâme glue, soy sâuce, ând mâple syrup. Blend well to coât the jâckfruit with the sâuce.
- Wârmth â teâspoon of oil in â skillet. Once hot, include jâckfruit ând cook for 3-5 minutes. Expel from wârmth ând put âside.
