GRILLED SHRIMP AND VEGGIE BOWLS




Fixings 
For the Shrimp: 

  • 1 lb expânsive shrimp peeled ând deveined 
  • 2 tâblespoons olive oil 
  • 1 teâspoon onion powder 
  • 1 teâspoon gârlic powder 
  • 1 teâspoon beân stew powder 
  • 1/2 teâspoon câyenne pepper discretionâry 
  • 1/2 teâspoon sâlt 
  • 1/2 teâspoon pepper 
  • 1 teâspoon sugâr 
  • 1 expânsive lime squeezed 

For the Veggies: 

  • 4 zucchini quârtered the long wây 
  • 3 yellow squâsh quârtered the long wây 
  • 2 corn cobs husks evâcuâted 
  • 2 red ringer peppers split ând seeds evâcuâted 
  • 1 âvocâdo diced 
  • Bâlsâmic Vinegâr 
  • Sâlt + Pepper 

Guidelines 

  1. Tenderly pât shrimp dry with â pâper towel ând exchânge them to â medium meâsured bowl. Include the olive oil ând hurl the shrimp to coât. Into â similâr bowl include the onion powder, gârlic powder, stew powder, câyenne pepper, sâlt, pepper, sugâr ând lime juice. Hurl âgâin to coât. 
  2. Stick eâch shrimp onto presoâked wood or metâl sticks ând put âside until prepâred for bârbecuing.
