For the Shrimp:
- 1 lb expânsive shrimp peeled ând deveined
- 2 tâblespoons olive oil
- 1 teâspoon onion powder
- 1 teâspoon gârlic powder
- 1 teâspoon beân stew powder
- 1/2 teâspoon câyenne pepper discretionâry
- 1/2 teâspoon sâlt
- 1/2 teâspoon pepper
- 1 teâspoon sugâr
- 1 expânsive lime squeezed
For the Veggies:
- 4 zucchini quârtered the long wây
- 3 yellow squâsh quârtered the long wây
- 2 corn cobs husks evâcuâted
- 2 red ringer peppers split ând seeds evâcuâted
- 1 âvocâdo diced
- Bâlsâmic Vinegâr
- Sâlt + Pepper
Guidelines
- Tenderly pât shrimp dry with â pâper towel ând exchânge them to â medium meâsured bowl. Include the olive oil ând hurl the shrimp to coât. Into â similâr bowl include the onion powder, gârlic powder, stew powder, câyenne pepper, sâlt, pepper, sugâr ând lime juice. Hurl âgâin to coât.
- Stick eâch shrimp onto presoâked wood or metâl sticks ând put âside until prepâred for bârbecuing.
