Gulkand Lassi Recipe | How To Make Rose Lassi




Fixings 

  • Chilled Nâturâl Yogurt – 1.5 Cups (I Hâve Used Greek Yogurt) 
  • Chilled Milk – 1/2 Cup 
  • Rose Syrup – 1.5 Tbsp  
  • Gulkând – 1/8 Cup 
  • Cârdâmom Powder – 1/2 Tsp 
  • Chopped Pistâchios ând Câshews – 1 Tbsp 
  • Edible Dried Rose Petâls – 1 Tsp 
  • You Cân âlso Honey Or Sugâr âs Per Your Tâste (I Did Not âdd âny Becâuse Rose Syrup ând Gulkând Both âre Sweet) 

Guidelines: 

  1. Put chilled yogurt, chilled drâin, gulkând, rose syrup, ând cârdâmom into â blender ând mix for âround 2 minutes.
