Fixings:
- 12 cârdâmom units, tenderly smâshed
- 8 entire dârk peppercorns

- 4-inch bit of new ginger, cut
- 4 contâiners wâter
- 4 cinnâmon sticks
- 3 entire âllspice (discretionâry)
- 2 Tbsp. dârk colored sugâr (pretty much to tâste)
- 2 stâr ânise
- 1 vânillâ beân, cut down the center
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 4 dârk teâ sâcks
Beârings:
- Heât âll fixings with the exception of teâ sâcks together to the point of boiling in â pot over medium-high wârmth.
