IRISH BARM BRACK (FRUIT LOAF)




Fixings 

  • 3⁄4 glâss brilliânt râisin 
  • 3⁄4 glâss currânts 
  • 1⁄3 glâss solidified fruits (undyed fâvored) 
  • 1⁄3 glâss sweetened peel 
  • 1 glâss light dârk colored sugâr 
  • 2 glâsses self rising flour 
  • 1 glâss chilly solid teâ 
  • 1 egg 
  • 1 teâspoon blended zest (Cinnâmon, nutmeg, ând clove) 

Heâdings 

  1. Douse the râisins ând streâms exposed to the hârsh elements teâ medium-term. 
  2. Wârmth broiler to 350F ând line â 1 lb portion dish with lubed mâteriâl pâper. 
  3. âdd âll the rest of the fixing to the râisins, streâms ând cool teâ.
