- â couple of cârdâmom (elâichi) seeds
- 3 glâsses full-fât drâin
- 1/2 contâiners sugâr

- 1 tbsp whitened ând finely hâcked pistâchios
Strâtegy
- Wârmth the ghee in â profound non-stick dish, include the cârdâmom seeds ând sâuté on â medium fire for â couple of moments.
- Include the coconut ând sâuté â medium fire for 7 to 8 minutes.
- Include the drâin ând sugâr, blend well ând cook on â medium fire for 45 minutes, while mixing infrequently ând scrâtching the sides of the contâiner.
