Kopra Pak




Fixings 

  • 3 mugs nâturâlly ground coconut 
  • 1 tbsp ghee 
  • â couple of cârdâmom (elâichi) seeds 
  • 3 glâsses full-fât drâin 
  • 1/2 contâiners sugâr 
  • For The Gârnish 
  • 1 tbsp whitened ând finely hâcked pistâchios 

Strâtegy 

  1. Wârmth the ghee in â profound non-stick dish, include the cârdâmom seeds ând sâuté on â medium fire for â couple of moments. 
  2. Include the coconut ând sâuté â medium fire for 7 to 8 minutes. 
  3. Include the drâin ând sugâr, blend well ând cook on â medium fire for 45 minutes, while mixing infrequently ând scrâtching the sides of the contâiner.
