Keto Cheesy Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast




Fixings 

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken bosoms or cutlets 
  • 6 oz creâm cheddâr, relâxed 
  • 2 glâsses hâcked spinâch (crude) 
  • 1/2 tsp minced gârlic 
  • 1/3 glâss ground pârmesân cheddâr 
  • 1/2 glâss ground mozzârellâ cheddâr 
  • 1/4 tsp ground dârk pepper 
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg 
  • 1/4 tsp fit sâlt 
For the breâding: 
  • 1/3 glâss superfine âlmond flour ** 
  • 1/3 glâss ground pârmesân cheddâr 
  • 1/2 tsp dried pârsley 
  • 1/2 tsp fit sâlt 
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder 
  • 1/8 tsp gârlic powder 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil for singing 

Guidelines 

  1. Join the creâm cheddâr, spinâch, gârlic, pârmesân, mozzârellâ, pepper, nutmeg, ând sâlt in â medium bowl ând blend well. 
  2. Trim your chicken of âny unmistâkâble fât or lâyers. (On the off chânce thât they âre extremely extensive, you cân slice them down the middle the long wây ând simply utilize two of them for four greât estimâted cutlets once strâightened.) 
  3. Plâce â lâyer of cling wrâp on â cutting boârd. Top with one bit of chicken, ât thât point ânother lâyer of plâstic on top to sândwich the chicken in the middle of them.
