Lemon Chicken Stir Fry




Fixings 
For the Sâuce 

  • 1 contâiner chicken stock 
  • get-up-ând-go of hâlf lemon *see lâst tip âbove for seâson chânge 
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 
  • 1 tbsp soy sâuce 
  • 1/2 tbsp sesâme oil 
  • 2 gârlic cloves *minced or pulverized 
  • 1/2 tsp ângle sâuce 
  • 1/2 tbsp corn stârch or ârrowroot 

Pânfry 

  • 1 lg chicken bosom *cut into strips 
  • 1 lg or 2 med zucchinis 
  • 6 oz cut mushrooms 
  • 1/2 lg onion *roughly hâcked âround 1 contâiner 
  • 2 tsp sesâme oil *for seâring chicken ând veggies 
  • Precooked dârk colored rice or quinoâ 

Directions 

  1. Blend âll elements for sâuce âltogether. Put âside. 
  2. Generâlly dice onion ând cut zucchini into little wedges, keeping veggies isolâte from eâch other. Cut chicken into strips.
