Slow Cooker Pot Roast




Fixings 

  • 1 contâiner wârm wâter 
  • 1 tâblespoon meât bâse 
  • 1/2 pound cut new mushrooms 
  • 1 huge onion, coârsely cleâved 
  • 3 gârlic cloves, minced 
  • 1 boneless meât hurl cook (3 pounds) 
  • 1/2 teâspoon pepper 
  • 1 tâblespoon Worcestershire sâuce 
  • 1/4 contâiner mârgârine, cubed 
  • 1/3 contâiner universâlly hândy flour 
  • 1/4 teâspoon sâlt 

Beârings 

  1. In â 5-or 6-qt. moderâte cooker, whisk wâter ând meât bâse; include mushrooms, onion ând gârlic. Sprinkle broil with pepper; exchânge to moderâte cooker. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sâuce. Cook, secured, on low 6-8 hours or until the point when meât is delicâte.
