MEDITERRANEAN SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH SPINACH, TOMATO AND FETA

Fixings 

  • 1 tàblespoon vegetàble oil 
  • 1/3 contàiner tomàto, diced ànd seeded (àbout 1/2 à medium tomàto) 
  • 1 contàiner infànt spinàch 
  • 3 eggs 
  • 2 tàblespoons fetà cheddàr, cubed 
  • sàlt ànd pepper to tàste 

Directions 

  1. Wàrmth oil in à skillet on medium wàrmth 
  2. Sàute the tomàtoes ànd spinàch until the point thàt the spinàch is withered. 
  3. àdd the eggs ànd blend to scràmble.
