Mini Veggie Breakfast Pizzas




Fixings 

  • 1 smaller than usual naan bread/flatbread 
  • 3 tbsp cream cheddar 
  • 3 grape tomatoes, cut 
  • 4 cut mushrooms 
  • 4 spinach takes off 
  • 2 tbsp destroyed parmesan cheddar 
  • 1 Eggland's Best egg 
  • Squeeze of new chives  

Directions 

  1. Preheat stove to 400°. 
  2. Place naan bread on a preparing sheet and after that spread cream cheddar overtop. 
  3. Include tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, and parmesan yet leave a space to split the egg. 
  4. Break the egg into the opening and after that place the preparing sheet in the broiler.
