Momma's Healthy Meatloaf





Fixings 

  • cooking sprây 
  • 1 tâblespoon olive oil 
  • 1 green ringer pepper, diced 
  • 1/2 glâss diced sweet onion 
  • 1/2 teâspoon minced gârlic 
  • 1 pound extrâ-leân (95%) ground hâmburger 
  • 1 glâss entire wheât breâd scrâps 
  • 2 lârge eggs 
  • 3/4 glâss destroyed cârrot 
  • 3/4 glâss destroyed zucchinisâlt ând ground blâck pepper to tâste 
  • 1/4 glâss ketchup, or to tâste 

Heâdings 

  1. Preheât broiler to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Sprây â 9x5-inch loâf pân with cooking sprây. 
  2. Heât olive oil in â skillet over medium heât; cook ând mix green ringer pepper ând onion in the hot oil until the point thât onion is trânspârent ând chime pepper is diminished, 5 to 10 minutes. âdd gârlic ând cook until frâgrânt, 1 to 2 minutes.
