- Boneless Rib Eye Steak (1.5 - 2 inches thick)
- Olive Oil
- Genuine salt
- Crisply Cracked Black Pepper

Guidelines
- Evacuate steak(s) from cooler around a hour before cooking.
- Preheat gas flame broil to medium/high warmth.
- Rub olive oil on meat and season generously with salt and pepper. Flip over and do likewise with the opposite side.
