My Best Rib Eye Steak Recipe




Fixings 

  • Boneless Rib Eye Steak (1.5 - 2 inches thick) 
  • Olive Oil 
  • Genuine salt 
  • Crisply Cracked Black Pepper 
  • Lemon Basil Compound Butter (Recipe Here) 

Guidelines 

  1. Evacuate steak(s) from cooler around a hour before cooking. 
  2. Preheat gas flame broil to medium/high warmth. 
  3. Rub olive oil on meat and season generously with salt and pepper. Flip over and do likewise with the opposite side.
