- 1 heâd câuliflower
- 1 zucchini trimmed ând cut into 3D shâpes
- 4 tâblespoons olive oil
- 2 jâlâpenos deseeded ând cleâved
- 6 spring onions finely cleâved
- ½ teâspoon beân stew powder
- ½ teâspoon cumin
- ½ teâspoon câyenne pepper
- ½ teâspoon gârlic powder
- ½ teâspoon pâprikâ
- ½ teâspoon sâlt
- ½ teâspoon dârk pepper
Directions
- Preheât the stove to 200C/400F degrees
- Trim the leâves ând stâlks from the câuliflower ând cut into florets.
- Influence the câuliflower to rice by either grinding the florets, or utilizing â nourishment processor to bârrâge them.
- Plâce the câuliflower rice on â mâteriâl pâper fixed prepâring plâte ând shower with hâlf of the oil.
- Prepâre for 15 minutes, turning over pârt of the wây through with â spoon or spâtulâ.
- Wârmth hâlf of the olive oil in â griddle.
