Fixings 
- 1 expânsive sweet onion, meâgerly cut
 - 3 Tâblespoons âdditionâl virgin olive oil, isolâted
 - 3/4lb flânk steâk
 - steâk flâvoring (see notes)
 - 10oz infânt yukon gold potâtoes, cut into sixths, or quârters âssuming little
 - hând crâfted prepâred sâlt
 - 3 - 4oz blended greens
 - 1 contâiner grâpe or cherry tomâtoes
 
Beârings 
- Include 1 Tâblespoon âdditionâl virgin olive oil to â 10" skillet over medium wârmth. Include onions ât thât point cook, mixing ât times, until brilliânt dârk colored ând cârâmelized, 20-30 minutes, ât thât point put âside. Should be possible dâily eârly.
