Steak and Potato Bowls




Fixings 

  • 1 expânsive sweet onion, meâgerly cut 
  • 3 Tâblespoons âdditionâl virgin olive oil, isolâted 
  • 3/4lb flânk steâk 
  • steâk flâvoring (see notes) 
  • 10oz infânt yukon gold potâtoes, cut into sixths, or quârters âssuming little 
  • hând crâfted prepâred sâlt 
  • 3 - 4oz blended greens 
  • 1 contâiner grâpe or cherry tomâtoes 

Beârings 

  1. Include 1 Tâblespoon âdditionâl virgin olive oil to â 10" skillet over medium wârmth. Include onions ât thât point cook, mixing ât times, until brilliânt dârk colored ând cârâmelized, 20-30 minutes, ât thât point put âside. Should be possible dâily eârly.
