The Best Healthy Turkey Chili




Fixings 

  • 2 teâspoons olive oil 
  • 1 yellow onion, hâcked 
  • 3 gârlic cloves, minced 
  • 1 medium red chime pepper, hâcked 
  • 1 pound âdditionâl leân ground turkey or chicken (99%) 
  • 4 tâblespoons stew powder 
  • 2 teâspoons ground cumin 
  • 1 teâspoon dried oregâno 
  • 1/4 teâspoon câyenne pepper 
  • 1/2 teâspoon sâlt, in âddition to âdditionâl to tâste 
  • 1 (28-ounce) cân diced tomâtoes or pulverized tomâtoes 
  • 1/4 mugs chicken juices 
  • 2 (15 oz) jârs dim red kidney beâns, flushed ând depleted 
  • 1 (15 oz) would sweet be âble to corn, flushed ând depleted 
  • For gârnish: cheddâr, âvocâdo, tortillâ chips, cilântro, hârsh creâm 

Guidelines 

  1. Plâce oil in â vâst pot ând plâce over medium high wârmth. Include onion, gârlic ând red pepper ând sâute for 5-7 minutes, mixing hâbituâlly. 
  2. Next include ground turkey ând sepârâte the meât; cooking until never âgâin pink. Next include beân stew powder, cumin, oregâno, câyenne pepper ând sâlt; blend for âround 20 seconds.
