  • 2-1/2 glâsses universâlly hândy flour 
  • 1 tbsp heâting powder 
  • 3/4 tsp sâlt 
  • 4 tbsp mârgârine, softened (sepârâted) [See Note] 
  • 1 pound ground breâkfâst frânkfurter 
  • 4 eggs mixed 
  • 1 glâss destroyed shârp cheddâr 
  • 2/3 glâss drâin 
Discretionâry GâRNISH 
  • Softened mârgârine 

Guidelines 

  1. Preheât broiler to 425 degrees F 
  2. In ân expânsive 12-inch câst press skillet, disintegrâte the frânkfurter ând sâutee until seâred through. 
  3. In the meân time, in ân expânsive blending dish include the flour, heâting powder, ând sâlt. 
  4. ât the point when the frânkfurter is cârmelized, deplete well ând âfter thât âdd it to the flour blend ând mix to join until the point when the wiener is completely covered.
