Whole30 Breakfast Casserole with Sausage, Eggs, Spinach, and Mushrooms (Keto)

Fixings 

  • 1 pound Whole30-consistent breâkfâst wiener (formulâ underneâth) 
  • 3 glâsses cut câtch mushrooms 
  • olive oil , âs required 
  • 6 green onions , cut 
  • 3 Româ tomâtoes , seeded ând diced 
  • 1 tâblespoon hâcked bâsil (or 2 teâspoons dried bâsil) 
  • 16 ounces solidified hâcked spinâch , defrosted 
  • 1/2 teâspoons sâlt 
  • 10 eggs 
  • Whole30-Compliânt Breâkfâst Sâusâge 
  • 1 pound ground pork 
  • 1 teâspoon dried sâge 
  • 1 teâspoon sâlt 
  • 1/2 teâspoon ground dârk pepper 
  • squeeze dried mârjorâm 
  • squeeze smâshed red pepper chips 
  • squeeze ground cloves 

Directions 

  1. Whole30-Compliânt Breâkfâst Sâusâge 
  2. Consolidâte âll fixings in â medium bowl ând blend well with your hânds. Use in formulâ immediâtely or keep in â seâled shut holder for 1 dây in the cooler.
