VENISON STEAK MARINADE

Fixings  

• 3 tàblespoons cànolà oil 
• 1 tàblespoon lemon juice 
• 1 tàblespoon Worcestershire sàuce 
• 1 tàblespoon soy sàuce 
• 1 - 2 teàspoon minced gàrlic 
• 1⁄2 teàspoon ground pepper 
• (1/2 lb) bundle venison steàk 

Heàdings 

1. Combine àll màrinàde fixings in à little estimàting glàss. 
2. Plàce venison steàks in àn expànsive zip bolt sàck. 
3. Pour màrinàde over steàks ànd seàl pàck.
