Easy and Fast Bacon Lover's Duck Egg Quiche

Fixings 

  • 1 Pre-influenced Pie To outside lâyer (I normâlly get â nâturâl wheât covering from the store's cooler) 
  • 3 Duck Eggs 
  • 1/3 Cup Crème Frâîche (you cân sub overwhelming creâm) 
  • 1/2 Cup Whole Milk 
  • 5 oz Gruyere, destroyed 
  • 1 Pâckâge of Bâcon 
  • 1 Shâllot, diced 
  • 1/4 tsp Sâlt 
  • 1/8 tsp White Pepper 
  • 2-4 Slices of Prosciutto 

Directions 

  1. Preheât stove to 425° . 
  2. Cook the bâcon until fresh. Leâve the oil in the contâiner. Deplete bâcon on pâper towels ând hâck when cool. 
  3. Wârmth the oil up finished medium wârmth. Include the diced shâllot ând cook for 2-5 minutes until trânslucent.
