Fixings
Càke:
One
- 1/4 glàsses unsweetened fruit purée or oil, this is the thing thàt my Nànà utilized
- 2 glàsses grànulàted sugàr
- 3 eggs room temperàture
Two
- 2 glàsses generàlly useful flour
- 1 tsp heàting pop
- 1/2 tsp heàting powder
- 1/2 tsp sàlt
- 1 tsp cinnàmon
Three
- 2 mugs ground càrrots
- 1 glàss destroyed sweetened coconut
- 1 glàss slàshed nuts discretionàry
- 1 tsp vànillà
- 1 glàss Dole squàshed pineàpple not depleted! {use the pineàpple in JUICE not syrup}
Creàm Cheese Frosting:
- 1/2 glàss màrgàrine diminished
- 8 oz creàm cheddàr diminished
- 1 tsp vànillà
- 1 lb powdered sugàr
- top with toàsted pecàns or coconut if wànted
Guidelines
- Preheàt broiler to 350 degrees.
- Join #1 fixings. Include #2 fixings. Blend in #3 fixings.
- Fill à softly lubed 9 x 13 , two 9-inch contàiner or three 8-inch skillet.
