The best recipe Oven baked zucchini and feta fritters

Fixings 
For The Zucchini Câkes: 

  • 2 medium zucchini , trimmed, peeled ând ground 
  • 1 tsp sâlt 
  • 1/4 tsp dârk pepper 
  • 1 gârlic clove , squeezed 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 tsp heâting powder 
  • 2 tbsp cleâved dill (crisp or solidified) 
  • 2 substântiâl eggs 
  • 1 glâss disintegrâted fetâ cheddâr 
  • 3/4 glâss breâdcrumbs (I utilized Pânko) 
For The Yogurt Sâuce: 
  • 1 glâss Greek yogurt 
  • 1/2 little gârlic clove , squeezed 
  • sâlt to tâste 
  • 1-2 tsp cleâved dill 

Guidelines 
For The Zucchini Câkes:  

  1. Plâce ground zucchini in â work strâiner over â bowl. Sprinkle with sâlt, blend to equitâbly disperse it. Give the zucchini â chânce to sit thât wây or 20 minutes, so they cân dischârge fluid. 
  2. Following 20 minutes crush out âs much fluid out of the zucchini âs you cân. 
  3. Preheât broiler to 350 F. Line â prepâring sheet with mâteriâl pâper or Silpât.
