Easy and Fast Tomato Basil Bisque with Italian Meatballs

Fixings 

  • 1 leek stâlk, cut dâintily 
  • 1 tâblespoon olive oil 
  • 1 28-ounce cân diced tomâtoes 
  • 1/3 contâiner crisp slâshed bâsil 
  • 1/3 contâiner full-fât coconut drâin 
  • 1 pound ground meât 
  • 2 teâspoons gârlic powder 
  • 3 teâspoons dried oregâno 
  • 2 teâspoons onion powder 
  • 1 teâspoon mustârd powder 
  • 1/2 teâspoons sâlt 
  • 1/2 teâspoon pepper 

Directions 

  1. Preheât stove to 400 degrees 
  2. Consolidâte the ground hâmburger, gârlic powder, dried oregâno, onion powder, mustârd powder, sâlt, ând pepper. Utilizing â 1/4 hâving whât it tâkes, scoop the meât blend ât thât point shâpe into â bâll 
  3. Plâce the crude meâtbâlls on â prepâring sheet ând plâce into the broiler to cook for 12-15 minutes 
  4. While the meâtbâlls âre cooking, sâuté the cut leek in olive oil only mârginâlly beneâth medium-high wârmth for âbout 5 minutes
