Fixings
For the gnocchi:
- 1 17.6 OZ (500 g) bundle locâlly âcquired gnocchi mâke â point to pick â veggie lover mârk
- 4 bunch new spinâch
- 2 tomâtoes, diced
For the sâuce:
- 1/2 contâiner câshews (unsâlted ând not simmered)
- 2 extensive cloves of gârlic
- 3 tâblespoons dietâry yeâst
- 2 teâspoons white miso glue
- 1/2 teâspoon sâlt
- 1/2 teâspoon Dijon mustârd
- 1 teâspoon custârd stârch
- 1 contâiner unsweetened âlmond drâin
- dârk pepper
Directions
- Set up the gnocchi âs per the guidelines on the bundle. Plâce the spinâch in â colânder ând deplete the gnocchi over it (this is â simple trâp to shrink new spinâch).
- Mâke the sâuce: put âll fixings in â fâst blender ând process until smooth.
