BLACKENED CHICKEN TACOS WITH PINEAPPLE SALSA




Fixings 

Chicken Tacos- 

  • 1/2 pounds chicken bosom , meagerly cut, or beat to 1/2 inch thickness 
  • 8 tortillas , flour or corn, 6-inch 

Pineapple Salsa- 

  • 1 glass pineapple , diced, ¼ inch 
  • 1 glass tomato , diced, ¼ inch 
  • 1/4 glass red onion , finely diced 
  • 2 teaspoons jalapeño , minced 
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice , in addition to pizzazz of 1 lime 
  • 1/2 container cilantro , slashed 

Directions 

  1. Add chicken to an extensive resealable plastic pack. 
  2. Whisk all marinade fixings together in a bowl, and afterward pour over chicken in plastic pack. 
  3. Coat the chicken equally with the marinade. Press out however much air as could be expected and seal.
