Fixings
Chicken Tacos-
- 1/2 pounds chicken bosom , meagerly cut, or beat to 1/2 inch thickness
- 8 tortillas , flour or corn, 6-inch
Pineapple Salsa-
- 1 glass pineapple , diced, ¼ inch
- 1 glass tomato , diced, ¼ inch
- 1/4 glass red onion , finely diced
- 2 teaspoons jalapeño , minced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice , in addition to pizzazz of 1 lime
- 1/2 container cilantro , slashed
Directions
- Add chicken to an extensive resealable plastic pack.
- Whisk all marinade fixings together in a bowl, and afterward pour over chicken in plastic pack.
- Coat the chicken equally with the marinade. Press out however much air as could be expected and seal.
