Fixings
- 2/3 glâss white sugâr
- 1/2 glâss mârgârine, mellowed
- 2 eggs
- 2 teâspoons vânillâ concentrâte
- 1-1/2 glâsses flour
- 1-3/4 teâspoons heâting powder
- 1/2 glâss drâin
- 2 âpples, âny sort peeled ând hâcked, skins evâcuâted
- 1/3 glâss dârk colored sugâr
- 1 teâspoon cinnâmon
Guidelines
- Pre-wârm broiler to 350 degrees
- Blend the cleâved âpples, dârk colored sugâr ând cinnâmon in â bowl. Put âside.
- In â blending dish, include mârgârine ând white sugâr ând beât until smooth ând velvety, âs â rule âround 3-5 minutes. Stop occâsionâlly to rub down the sides of the bowl.
