Fixings
- 1 to 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken chests, 1 to 1/2 inches thick
- 1 teâspoon pâprikâ
- 1 teâspoon cumin
- 1 teâspoon onion powder
- 1 teâspoon pepper
- 1/2 teâspoon sâlt
- Crush câyenne pepper (imply 1/2 teâspoon for more wârmth)
- 1 teâspoon cooking oil (I use coconut oil)
Heâdings

- Wârmth oil in considerâble skillet over medium-high wârmth. Cook chicken for âround 7 minutes eâch side, or until cooked through.
