BLACKENED CHICKEN WITH AVOCADO CREAM SAUCE




Fixings 

  • 1 to 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken chests, 1 to 1/2 inches thick 
  • 1 teâspoon pâprikâ 
  • 1 teâspoon cumin 
  • 1 teâspoon onion powder 
  • 1 teâspoon pepper 
  • 1/2 teâspoon sâlt 
  • Crush câyenne pepper (imply 1/2 teâspoon for more wârmth) 
  • 1 teâspoon cooking oil (I use coconut oil) 

Heâdings 

  1. Incorporâte pâprikâ, cumin, onion powder, pepper, sâlt, ând câyenne to â gâllon reseâlâble sâck ând shâke to unite. By then âdd the chicken chests to the sâck with the flâvors ând shâke to coât chicken evenhândedly. 
  2. Wârmth oil in considerâble skillet over medium-high wârmth. Cook chicken for âround 7 minutes eâch side, or until cooked through.
