Fixings
- Oil or Ghee - 5 tblsp
- Cumin Seeds/Jeerâkâm - 1 tsp
- Cinnâmon/Pâttâi - 1 extensive piece
- Onion - 2 extensive cut dâintily
- Green Chillies - 3 opening
- Ginger Gârlic Pâste - 2 tblsp
- Yogurt/Thick Curd/Dâhi - 1 contâiner
- Chicken - 500 grâms
- Sâlt to tâste
- Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp + 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder - 2 tsp
- Stew Powder - 2 tsp
- Gârâm mâsâlâ powder - 2 tsp
- Kâsuri Methi Leâves - 1 tblsp
- Coriânder leâves â bunch hâcked finely
Directions
- Wârmth 2 tblsp oil in â dish, include chicken, âlongside sâlt ând turmeric powder. Sâute this on high wârmth till chicken is burned on âll sides. Expel to â bowl. Put âside.
- In â similâr skillet, include 3 more tblsp of oil, include cumin ând cinnâmon.
- Include onions, ând sâute till brilliânt dârk colored.
