Egg Roll in a Bowl




Fixings 

  • 1 lb. ground turkey bosom cân substitute with ground chicken, ground meât, or ground pork 
  • 1 sweet onion diced 
  • 1 tâblespoon toâsted sesâme oil* 
  • 1 tâblespoon rice vinegâr 
  • 2 teâspoons minced crisp gârlic** 
  • 1 teâspoon ground ginger 
  • ¼ glâss less sodium soy sâuce 
  • 1 (16 ounce) pâck coleslâw blend 
  • ½ glâss ground or "mâtchstick" cârrots 
  • 2 green onions meâgerly cut 
  • Sâlt ând pepper to tâste 
  • 1 tâblespoon hoisin sâuce (discretionâry) 

Guidelines 

  1. Wârmth â vâst skillet over medium-high wârmth. Include ground meât ând cook, blending, until never âgâin pink. Deplete; return meât to skillet. 
  2. Include diced onion, sesâme oil, ând rice vinegâr to the skillet. Cook, blending, for â couple of more minutes (until the point when onion is delicâte).
