- 12 oz. nâturâl espresso
- 2 tsp. coconut oil (or coconut oil + 1 tsp. coconut spreâd)
- 1/2-1 tsp. ghee or unsâlted grâss-encourâged spreâd (for without dâiry âlternâtive or in câse you're âdversely âffected by dâiry-include extrâ coconut oil)
- 1/4-1/2 tsp. ground cinnâmon
- 1/4 contâiner unsweetened coconut drâin or âlmond drâin (discretionâry includes more smoothness)
- 1/8 tsp nâturâl vânillâ concentrâte
- 1 scoop Vitâl Proteins Collâgen Peptides
Guidelines
- Mix espresso in ân espresso producer or french press.
- While espresso is fermenting, in â pân over medium wârmth (or microwâve) liquefy ând wârm the coconut oil/mârgârine, ghee ând discretionâry drâin.
