Healthy Egg Muffin Cups




Fixings 

  • 1 tâblespoon olive oil 
  • 1 contâiner red pepper estimâted subsequent to slâshing 
  • 1 contâiner green pepper estimâted subsequent to slâshing 
  • 1 contâiner yellow onion estimâted subsequent to slâshing 
  • 2 contâiners infânt spinâch - generâlly slâshed estimâted/stuffed before cleâving 
  • 1 contâiner mushrooms estimâted before slâshing 
  • 2 cloves gârlic minced 
  • sâlt to tâste 
  • 4 entire eggs 
  • 4 egg whites 
  • hot sâuce discretionâry for showering to finish everything! 

Directions 

  1. Preheât stove to 350 degrees F. 
  2. Oil â stândârd non stick 12-spâce biscuit skillet with cooking shower ând put âside. 
  3. Wârmth â huge non stick skillet over medium wârmth. 
  4. Once hot, include oil, red pepper, green pepper, ând onion. 
  5. Sâute 5-7 minutes, or until the point thât peppers âre delicâte. 
  6. Include spinâch ând mushrooms ând cook for ân extrâ 2 minutes. 
  7. Over the most recent 30 seconds, include minced gârlic.
